Enterprise 50 Annual Award Programme 2009

Enterprise 50 is an annual award programme organised by Deloitte KassimChan and the Small and Medium Industries Development Corporation (SMIDEC). This award recognises the achievements of Malaysia’s enterprising homegrown companies which are well positioned for the future. 50 winners are selected from amongst the nominations received, and the evaluation is based on the companies’ management and financial performance.

The annual award programme is open to local enterprises across different industries. Since its introduction to Malaysia in November 1996, response from Malaysian companies has been overwhelming. The final results are endorsed by the Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers and the Malaysia International Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MICCI).

Golden Bull Award

Acknowledged as the most prestigious and representative annual business award, the Golden Bull Award honors the best of SMEs in Malaysia by giving them due recognition for their hard-earned success and outstanding achievements. Presented by Nanyang Siang Pau, the Award aims to provide an effective platform to benchmark successful SMEs and to encourage more SMEs to strive for excellence in today's ever-changing competitive globalized marketplace.
